The Boys Basketball League is open to boys in grades 8 and under. We offer three different programs, depending on age and school enrollment.
City League - Competitive
Our competitive program is for boys in grades 3 through 8. Players are separated into divisions by age and placed onto teams to compete in a full season of timed, officiated games, concluding with a championship tournament. Cost is $40.
City League - Skill Development
Our skill development program is for boys in 4K through 2nd grade. This program focuses on developing basic basketball skills using a variety of fun games and drills. Basic concepts of game play are introduced in a controlled, instructional setting. Cost is $30 per player, which includes a team shirt.
Travelers Program
Players in grades 5 through 8 that attend Rice Lake schools also have the opportunity to participate on traveling teams. Traveling teams practice 1-2 times per week and participate in weekend tournaments. Traveling team fees are $60 for athletes in grades 7 and 8 and $30 for athletes in grades 5 and 6.
